The house is located in the quiet residential area of Cap Negret at 5 min. walk from Cala Gració and Cala Gracioneta, two beautiful coves united by a small walk of rocks, with their beach of fine sand and their turquoise waters. Punta de Sa Galera is only 10 min. On foot, offering a splendid view of the sea with its small paths in the heart of the rocks and wild vegetation, perfect place for contemplative walks to admire magnificent sunsets in a natural and protected. A bus located 2 min. On foot from the apartment regularly serves the neighborhood of Cap Negret towards the city … center of Ibiza. For lovers of walking, the city center is only 15 minutes on foot via an enchanting rocky beach promenade on the coast of Ses Variades. The airport and the city of Ibiza are 15 km away

To note Bed linen and towels will be made available to you in exchange for a deposit see quoted prices. NB: Please note that towels are not intended to be taken to the beach. The owner of the premises resides in his personal apartment located on the top floor of the villa. Each of the apartments has an individual entrance for maximum privacy. Rules of the House Checking takes place at 3 pm, or later on arrangement with host. Check-in is at 12 noon, except prior arrangement with the guest. This is not an apartment for partying. It is a residential house, which is why we thank you for respecting the neighborhood by reducing the sound volume to a minimum after midnight, especially on the outdoor terrace. Guests other than those originally planned as part of the stay are not permitted except after agreement with the host at least 24 hours in advance. This apartment is strictly not suitable for pets. Any damage or breakages caused will be charged and paid by the individuals who are responsible.
